Notice, Fair Pay, and Safety
We ensure compliance with all the necessary requirements of the Temporary Workers Fairness and Safety Act, including provisions related to notice, fair pay, and safety. We will continue to provide our temporary employees with the assignment Notice as required, and we will inform temporary employees of the occurrence of a strike, lockout, or other labor trouble. In the case of such labor trouble in the location of the temporary employee’s assignment location, the employee has the right to refuse that assignment. Additionally, we will track assignments to client companies where a temporary employee is on assignment for more than 90 days in a calendar year to ensure they meet fair pay obligations. We are committed to the following:
- Following proper compliance
- Providing fair pay
- Ensuring employee safety
- Supporting the needs of our clients
