We maintain compliance with federal and state requirements to establish a joint occupational safety relationship with all our clients. We conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments before conducting business with a client and audit their safety programs and loss history to determine the level of risk to our temporary workers. The Temporary Worker Initiative

Because host employers are the most familiar with the workplace hazards workers may encounter, they are responsible for providing site-specific job training. The Temporary Worker Initiative ensures compliance with safety and health requirements for temporary workers employed under joint employment for a staffing agency. Our Safety Department Risk Team
