Every account is assigned an account manager to look after the account and handle any problems. Account managers can be contacted at any time through the office or their cell phones.

The minimum charge is four hours for any worker who is ordered but returned or sent back for a reason that is not the fault of the worker or Ron's Staffing of Illinois.

If a worker is returned because they are not performing, there is no charge for a replacement as long as the return is made in the first few hours of the shift. We will do our best to send an available replacement worker to the site. It is the responsibility of the client to inform us that a worker is being returned and whether or not a replacement is needed.

All accidents or injuries must be reported to us immediately. The account will be instructed on how to proceed depending on the degree or severity of the injury. If a worker is seriously injured, they should be cared for using the client company’s standard injury procedures.
